A common error people find when setting up a WordPress site is "Your connection to this site is not fully secure". This means that while there is an SSL/TSL certificate for some reason not all of the content is being secured.
You can confirm this by visiting the dashboard, if the log in screen is secure then your SSL/TSL Padlock is working fine and its your site configuration that is the problem.
The most likely cause is your sites images, if they are being uploaded over the http version of your website address then your whole site will show as not secure
To fix this you can install the plugin "Really Simple SSL" which will automatically convert all http addresses to https. If you do not know how to install a plugin you can follow the instructions here.
