Duplicate A Page or Post

Often the easiest way to create a new page or post for your site if you want it to have a particular style is to duplicate an existing bit of content that looks similar. In this tutorial we’ll look at how to do it.

First of all you are going to install the plugin Duplicate Page if you haven’t installed a plugin before start with this tutorial.

Once installed you will have a new “Duplicate This” function available when you hover over a page or post. Clicking this will create a new page of post that is an exact copy of the one you duplicated.

You can then edit your duplicate and turn it into your new page.
