Change the WordPress Admin email without email verification.

The main admin email address on a WordPress site is located in [Settings] [General]

If you do not have access to this email account you can change the address by following these steps.

Change the url in the address bar from wp-admin/options-general.php to wp-admin/options.php, the new page will look like this. 

Find the fields "admin email" and "New admin email" and change both of these to the new value.

Scroll down to the bottom and click [Save Changes]
